ABOUT QUICKBLOCK?
The blocks are a game changer for us, work that would have taken a couple of days has taken us an afternoon, they’re so easy to use that the guys really enjoyed building with them.
We’re already looking at other projects we can use these blocks for!

As an organisation that is focused on providing sustainable solutions, we were keen to find a business that would be able to provide an alternative building material that is also sustainable.
The team at QUICKBLOCK delivered as promised and we are absolutely thrilled with the product.

HAVE SOME QUESTIONS?
You can request a quote directly through our website, contact our team by phone or email, or explore our training kits online. If you have a bespoke training environment, infrastructure or force protection requirement, our team will work with you to develop a solution tailored to your needs.
Every QUICKBLOCK project is unique. The system comprises full blocks, half blocks, quarter blocks and capping pieces, with quantities varying depending on the size and complexity of your project. To receive an accurate quotation, please contact our team or submit a quote request through the website.
QUICKBLOCK has been designed to be quick and easy to assemble, whether you're creating training environments, force protection structures, infrastructure or temporary facilities. We provide step-by-step guidance, videos and practical advice through our ‘How To’ section, covering everything from building walls and corners to adding doors, windows, building our kits and other structural features.
If you have a specific project in mind, our team is also available to provide guidance and recommend the most appropriate solution for your requirements.
Our standard blocks are not flame retardant and are classified as an ordinary combustible material, similar to wood or fabric. However, a flame-retardant additive can be incorporated during the manufacturing process upon request. If this is a requirement for your project, please contact our team to discuss your options.
Whether QUICKBLOCK blocks need to be infilled depends on the application and the structure being built. Blocks can be left unfilled for many projects, or filled with materials such as sand or aggregate to increase weight, stability and performance. When filled with sand, QUICKBLOCK structures can also provide ballistic and blast protection benefits for certain defence and security applications (data sheet available on request). We also offer rubber block inserts and structural fixing plates, allowing the system to be adapted to a wide range of requirements.
QUICKBLOCK is available in Olive Green and Grey as standard colours. Custom colours can also be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements, subject to minimum order quantities and additional production costs.
We aim to deliver most orders within 10 working days. Delivery times may be longer during busy periods or for larger projects requiring significant quantities of QUICKBLOCK components. We will always provide an estimated lead time when preparing your quotation or confirming your order.
Durability is a key part of the QUICKBLOCK design. During manufacturing, a UV stabilising additive is combined with recycled polypropylene material to help protect against degradation caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight.
QUICKBLOCK has been specifically designed as a temporary and reusable construction system that can be rapidly assembled, reconfigured and relocated as requirements change. At present, QUICKBLOCK is not certified for use as a permanent residential dwelling.

QUICKBLOCK can be configured to create realistic training environments suitable for close-quarter and scenario-based training. Please contact our team to discuss your specific training objectives and facility requirements.
Deployment times vary depending on the size and complexity of the project. One of the key advantages of QUICKBLOCK is the ability to rapidly construct and adapt training environments compared with traditional construction methods.
Yes. QUICKBLOCK has been designed to be reconfigured and reused. Structures can be altered, expanded or reconfigured to support different scenarios, training objectives and operational requirements.
Yes. QUICKBLOCK structures can be dismantled, relocated and reassembled, enabling organisations to maximise the value of their investment across multiple sites and training programmes.
QUICKBLOCK offers significant advantages in flexibility, speed of deployment, reconfiguration and reusability. Unlike traditional construction, structures can be modified, relocated and reused as operational and training requirements change.
